There are three user types within WorksAccess:
Note: All users must be set up with an account by an Administrator first.
The User
The User can:
- Lodge Forward Works Plans of their organization
- Edit Forward Works Plans of their organization
- Manage visibility of own works
- Assign statuses to loaded Forward Planned Works
- See planned Forward Works of their organization
- See publicly available planned Forward Works of other remember organizations
The Administrator
The Administrator can:
- Lodge Forward Works Plans of their organization
- Edit Forward Works Plans of their organization
- Manage visibility of own works
- Assign statuses to loaded Forward Planned Works
- See planned Forward Works of their organization
- See publicly available planned Forward Works of other remember organizations
- Add new users
- Edit and Remove users
Territory Owners
A Territory Owner is an organization that has responsibility for a region, such as a Local Government. An Administrator or regular User can both be part of this organization and therefore both can be under the one Territory Owner organization.
- Lodge Forward Works Plans of their organization
- Edit Forward Works Plans of their organization
- Manage visibility of own works
- See boundary area of their AoI (Area of Interest) on map view
- Assign statuses to loaded Forward Planned Works
- See planned Forward Works of their organization
- See publicly available planned Forward Works of other remember organizations
- Add new users
- Edit and Remove users
The Contact
The Contact:
- Is a contact person (e.g. Subject Matter Expert) within an organization for a job/project
- Receives communications relevant to their job/s
- A contact does not need to be a user of WorksAccess
